"Godspell" at the Shipley School

On February 27th and 28th, and on March 4th, The Shipley School presented "Godspell," the Broadway musical by Stephen Schwartz.  Elise's sultry rendition of "Turn Back Oh Man," clad in a red dress and spiked heels was a show-stopper each night. It was also an opportunity for her to delve into unchartered waters both vocally and dramatically, and she succeeded.  Elise is grateful to her friends and family for all of their support, and to her voice teacher, Lisa Willson Denolfo, for her guidance and… Read more

The Coffee House at Chestnut and Pine, Burlington, Wisconsin

Thanks to the WBSD radio station in Burlington, Wisconsin and to the folks at the Coffee House at Chestnut and Pine for sponsoring Elise's show there with the Dan May Band on January 17th, 2014. It was a wonderful venue and crowd, and an overall great weekend! Elise would like to thank to Burlington's own, Bob Rubach, for sitting in with the band on drums. Special thanks to Tom Gilding and his family for welcoming Elise and the band into their home. Such gracious hosts. Elise hopes to go back again soon.

RADIO AIRPLAY!

The new CD is getting some great radio airplay, including being featured on WXPN in Philadelphia.  Thanks to DJ Helen Leicht for her support..  And WSTW in Wilmington is also giving it some spins.  Thanks Mark Rogers for the exposure.   But up in WBSD in Wisconsin, it's been getting more plays than any other artist they play.  "Benedict Cumberbatch" has been in their top 10 for over a month, which is very cool.  Thanks Tom Gilding for exposing the music to the folks up in Wisconsin.  Cheese is good!

Bryn Mawr Day Success

Elise had a great time playing in front of a hometown crowd at Bryn Mawr Day 2014, despite temperature in the 90s. Elise would like to give a special shout out to the band members- Tommy Geddes on drums, Daniel Faga on bass and backing vocals, Ernie Trionfio on electric guitar, and Dan May on acoustic guitar, piano, and backing vocals.  And It's always fun to play in front of such a welcoming audience.

Be sure to check the Gallery for new pictures of Elise performing.
